At Alpine Fitness, we believe in you. We have created an inviting, clean and secured facility so that you can focus on yourself. We have been a leading facility since opening our doors in 2012. Our staff members at Alpine Fitness are educated and trained in health and fitness. We offer a 24-hour facility for all members, a variety of memberships, and personal trainers. Stop by and check us out.
We would like to thank our members for your patience and understanding at this unfamiliar time. We have been working hard during the closure to bring you an improved facility that you will be excited to return to. We have made some big changes that we know you will love. We have new extended office hours, hired extra staff, and continue to offer you a safe and clean environment to stay fit and healthy in. At this time we are not allowing visitors into the gym or classes as a precautionary measure and you can be assured we are looking out for your best interest, safety, and concerns. I have a M.Ed in Counseling, and 8 years experience in personal training. My educational background allows me to look at the whole person when helping you reach your goals. My love for training comes from personal experience which drives me to help others lead healthier, and happier lives. Whether you have set a personal goal for yourself or just looking to have a more active and healthier lifestyle I would love to help you. One-on-One training as well as online training programs available.

A program where you will learn what protein, fats, and carbohydrates are, how they affect your body, and how much of each you should be consuming. You will learn to read labels, you will experiment and cook new things! You will learn to eat out with friends and family without guilt and staying well within your means, You will screw up, alot. (wait, what?) None of us are perfect, our jobs suck sometimes, sometimes we just have a bad day and don’t eat the way we planned. We are going to teach you to overcome that and hop right back on.
