It’s where you build camaraderie and new friendships with people who have similar goals, passions and enthusiasm. Get moving and sign up for a class today.

Please note, classes must be booked in advance.

There is a three person minimum for a class to make. Don't forget, classes open 24 hours in advance for booking.

If a class is cancelled you will receive an email.
