ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ENTRY?
Our facility is 18 years of age and up.
CAN I TRY OUT A CLASS OR THE GYM?
Day passes are available if you want to see what we have to offer. Get an early morning workout in and then come back and try out a class.
DO YOU OFFER DAY PASSES?
Yes, you can purchase a day pass under the join here button. Day passes are valid until midnight on the day of purchase. Once you make the purchase you will receive a code to enter the gym. Please note you will need to press the # sign after entering your code at the door.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
If you are a guest you must purchase a day pass.
If you are a member and want to bring a guest.
You must contact the office at 432-837-9575 and leave us a voicemail stating your name and the number of guests you are bringing. Please note if someone else uses your code, or you are seen with a guest without prior registration you will be charged $60 per person, per incident.
HOW DO I REGISTER YOUR A CLASS?
All classes are available through your gymmaster member app.
Classes are opened 24 hours in advance for sign-up.
Classes have a 3 person minimum or they will be cancelled.
If a class is cancelled you will receive an email letting you know.
WHY ISN'T MY CODE WORKING?
If your code is not working, check your gymmaster member app to see if there is an issue with your account.
Here are common reasons why your code isn't working...
Your payment didn't go through.
You need to update your cc information.
You need to upload a current photo.
You need to contact the office.
Your contract has ended.
You will receive an email in regards to any of the above so please read emails from us.
WHAT IF I KNOW SOMEONE WHO WORKS OUT HERE BUT THEIR PIN ISN'T WORKING?
Please note there are many reasons for a pin code not to work so if you allow someone in the gym, you're bringing them as your guest and fees will apply. If their pin isn't working, there is a reason and they need to contact the office.
I DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE A MACHINE?
If you need help learning how to use a machine please ask a staff member as we are happy to assist you.
I WAS USING A MACHINE OR PIECE OF EQUIPMENT AND IT BROKE.
This happens, if it happens to you please let someone on our staff know if a machine or piece of equipment breaks so that we can get it fixed or replaced. If it is after hours please leave us a voicemail at 432-837-9575, email us at email@example.com, or message us on Facebook @AlpineFitnessLLC.
