ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ENTRY?

Our facility is 18 years of age and up.

CAN I TRY OUT A CLASS OR THE GYM?

Yes! Day passes are available if you want to see what we have to offer. A Day Pass will give you access to our gym as well as classes! Purchase one here

DO YOU OFFER DAY PASSES?

Yes, you can purchase a day pass under the join here button. Day passes are valid until midnight on the day of purchase. Once you make the purchase you will receive a code to enter the gym. Please note you will need to press the # sign after entering your code at the door.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Members are always welcome to bring a guest! All of our guests must purchase a day pass! Please Click here for more day pass info!

Please contact the office at 432-837-9575 and leave us a voicemail stating your name and the number of guests you are bringing.

 

*Members - Please note if someone else uses your code, or you are seen with a guest without prior registration you will be charged $60 per person, per incident.

HOW DO I REGISTER YOUR A CLASS?

All classes are available through your GymMaster member app.

Classes are opened 24 hours in advance for sign-up.
Classes have a 3 person minimum or they will be cancelled. 
If a class is cancelled you will receive an email letting you know.

WHY ISN'T MY CODE WORKING?

If your code is not working, check your gymmaster member app to see if there is an issue with your account. 

Here are common reasons why your code isn't working...

Your payment didn't go through.

You need to update your cc information.

You need to upload a current photo.

You need to contact the office.

Your contract has ended.


You will receive an email in regards to any of the above so please read emails from us.

WHAT IF I KNOW SOMEONE WHO WORKS OUT HERE BUT THEIR PIN ISN'T WORKING?

All members must put their pin code in for entry. 
If someone's pin isn't working, let them know they can check our FAQ page for reasons why, they may contact the front desk or check their Gym Master app for account details. 

 

We kindly ask that you do not allow someone into the gym even you know them.


Please note that if you allow someone in the gym, you're bringing them as your guest and fees will apply to your account.

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE A MACHINE!

No Problem! Our Staff are ready and willing to help you learn how all of our machines work. Any of our staff can show you how to utilize a machine.
If you ned or would like assistance in what weight to use, how have any questions about workout routines, please ask one of personal trainers! 

I WAS USING A MACHINE OR PIECE OF EQUIPMENT AND IT BROKE.

This happens!  If it happens to you please let someone on our staff know if a machine or piece of equipment breaks so that we can get it fixed or replaced. Gym Master App How To

You will find the GymMaster App for Members in the App Store or Play Store. You will set up your account with the email address you used on file your membership.  
After you have set up your app, please click "edit details" and upload a profile photo. 

App benefits:

  • View class schedule and book classes

  • Update your card information 

  • Bluetooth check-in for the door
