I joined the gym, now what?

Every January gyms get new sign-ups because people are ready to make a change or at least give it try. Unfortunately, as the month passes many people lose steam because they don't know what to do, or maybe they haven't noticed any changes. Did you know that when you sign up for a membership in January or February of 2021 you can get a work-out plan free of charge. All you have to do is give us a call or stop by the office and we will be happy to get you set-up. We don't stop there, if you are looking for some nutritional guidance we would be happy to give you a free nutrition profile to help you figure out where to start.


Not ready to workout on your own, try out a class. We have many classes available and our trainers are able to scale all workouts to fit beginners, to athletes. We have early morning classes, lunch time classes, and evening classes to fit all schedules.


Are you still hesitant? Maybe you are intimidated by the gym atmosphere, or maybe you have tried more than once to make a change only to feel defeated. We now offer weight loss counseling free of charge to our members to help overcome the intimidation and defeat. Most people don't consider counseling as a source of help to achieve their goal because of the stigma associated with counseling. Counseling comes in all shapes and sizes, as we all do. A trained therapist can help people make lifestyle changes as well as help identify the underlying causes of symptoms and provide strategies for changing unwanted thoughts and behaviors so that you can successfully move forward.
